Justin Seymour

I did some of the best work of my career with the wonderful people at Help Scout for six years. Notably, I built the all-remote support team from the ground up. On the product side, I was involved with all levels of planning and strategy from idea to launch—I worked across the business to help build the stuff that mattered most to customers.

Previously, I’ve worked at Zendesk, as a paramedic, and as a product writer.
